**Head of Finance Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Leader to oversee our day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing daily funds, arranging capital expenditures and working capital finance from banks, and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners.

  • Expert knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and tax assessment & appellate matters, with experience in coordinating with consultants.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other consultants.
  • Ensure timely monitoring and control of accounting software configuration to meet compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate ROC compliance, filing annual returns of companies and LLP, with auditors in a timely manner.
  • Manage vendor payments and maintain effective banking relationships.
  • Collaborate with statutory authorities, including Income Tax, VAT & TDS departments, and ensure GST compliance.
  • Ensure TDS compliance and book entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Navision and other relevant software applications.
