Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Assistant Manager located in the region. The Retail Store Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, managing inventory, maintaining the sales floor, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable product recommendations
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Manage inventory levels, monitoring stock and reordering as necessary
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of retail products and ability to understand product details and benefits
  • Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales techniques
  • Strong Communication skills for effective customer interaction
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management is a plus
