Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

We are expanding and maintain a large suite of Improvement Apps that contribute to healthcare analytics and process improvement solutions. Our mission is to improve healthcare performance, cost, and quality by developing innovative tools.
About the Role
You will work with diverse Improvement Apps, designing, developing, and maintaining various platforms that serve internal teams, clinicians, and patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports on patient engagement.
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Database design and implementation
- Data acquisition and maintenance
- Error detection and correction
- Prioritization of business needs
- Process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of C#/.Net/Angular/Microservices/DS&A
- Experience with cloud (azure)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 5+ years work experience as a developer
- BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a similar field
