About the Position:

We are looking for a Visual Designer to craft compelling visual stories across digital, print, and event channels.

This role offers flexibility to work remotely or in our office at Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Content Creation: Design landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives.
  • Storytelling & Ad Creatives: Create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms.
  • Infographics & Long-form Content: Design headers and supporting visuals for articles.
  • Emails & Presentations: Develop visually appealing email templates and presentations.
  • Print & Event Materials: Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events.
  • Pitch Decks: Build professional and brand-aligned presentations.
  • Video Editing: Edit videos for campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of design experience in marketing, agencies, or startups.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and design best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration ability.

Nice to Have:

  • Web development skills for building landing pages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design practices.
