Financial Operations Manager

We seek a meticulous and proactive accounting specialist to oversee our accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Rental & Expansion Payments: Process and track rental-related payments and expenses for business expansions.
- Franchise Payments: Manage and reconcile franchise-related payables.
- Advance & MSME Payable Aging: Monitor advance payments and MSME payable aging to ensure timely clearance and compliance with regulations.
- Invoice/Bill Processing:
- Verify invoices for accuracy (GL coding verification, TDS & GST compliance).
- Perform bill verification against purchase orders and contracts.
- Purchase Order Management:
- Review and approve POs for accuracy (GL coding, TDS & GST checks).
- Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies or queries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities for accounts payable.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and general accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
