Job Title: Software Test Automation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software test automation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure the highest level of software quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using Python and Pytest.
  • Develop and maintain UI test automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Conduct API testing and implement tools like Postman, Swagger, or custom Python-based frameworks.
  • Perform accessibility testing and ensure WCAG/ADA compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Identify and report defects, work with development teams to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in automation.
  • Proficient in Python and strong experience using Pytest.
  • Hands-on experience with UI test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Exposure to testing Drupal-based applications, including CMS structure, workflows, and user roles.
  • Experience with API testing and tools like Postman, Swagger, or Python-based custom frameworks.
  • Experience in accessibility testing and a solid understanding of WCAG/ADA compliance.
  • Familiarity with cross-browser/device testing using platforms like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or equivalent.
  • Practical experience with QTest or other test management tools.
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and Agile processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
