Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing strategies to drive business growth.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Track and measure campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
