Technical Expert - Civil & Structural

As a Technical Expert in Civil and Structural engineering, you will be responsible for leading projects and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing conceptual designs and FEED for substations, solar, wind, and BESS plants of utility scale.
  • Preparing and reviewing civil deliverables, including site layouts, structural design, earthworks, and BOQs.
  • Coordinating with inter-discipline teams to ensure cross-disciplinary excellence.
  • Providing technical support to utility companies, plant owners, project developers, banks, and governments.
  • Maintaining project commitments and coordinating design activities with project teams.
  • Assisting in the preparation of technical inquiry requests and participating in vendor evaluation.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Preferably familiar with Middle East projects and experience working in lead roles on large-scale capital projects in India or the Middle East.
  • Experience in Power, Water, and Renewable energy projects, such as solar, wind, and BESS, is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with software tools like AutoCAD and Civil 3D is an added advantage.
  • Experience working on projects with Middle East Utilities is a strong differentiator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required.
  • A self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and grow within the field.
