Lead AI/ML Engineer Job Description

As a senior AI/ML engineer, you will lead the design and development of advanced machine learning models. You will oversee a team of engineers to ensure successful project deployment using AI/ML technologies to solve complex problems.

Key areas of focus include client interaction, model oversight, AI solutions, expertise utilization, leadership and initiative, strategic development, technology awareness, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Responsibilities also include engaging in coding, designing, developing, implementing, and deploying advanced AI solutions. You must possess hands-on expertise in NLP, computer vision, programming, and related concepts, along with experience with Large Language Models like GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Llama, Gemini, Mistral, etc.

A minimum of 8+ years in IT with a focus on AI/ML practices and background is required, accompanied by a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.

Required skills include proficiency in implementing and optimizing advanced AI solutions using Deep Learning and NLP, with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, and Keras, as well as working knowledge of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).

Job Requirements:

Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT with a focus on AI/ML practices and background.

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.

Strong hands-on expertise in NLP, computer vision, programming, and related concepts.

Experience with Large Language Models like GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Llama, Gemini, Mistral, etc.

Proficiency in implementing and optimizing advanced AI solutions using Deep Learning and NLP, with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, and Keras.
