Job Overview:

As a skilled professional in campus recruitment, this role is pivotal in driving home opportunities for freshers across various regions and online platforms.

  • Corporate Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong connections with corporate hiring teams to drive placement opportunities.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Establish and nurture relationships with corporates to facilitate effective recruitment coordination.
  • Industry Network:
    • Utilize existing networks and leverage recruiter relationships to identify new hiring partnerships.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure seamless candidate experience through consultative discussions with recruiters and effective communication with learners.
  • Recruitment Management:
    • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job sharing, shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • BE or BTech/MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Experience:
    • 3-4 years of experience in TPO/placement-facing roles at Tier 2 Engineering colleges/B-schools.
  • Domain Expertise:
    • Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is highly valued.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Process Orientation:
    • Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations.
  • Results Focus:
    • Bias for action with a track record of delivering outcomes.
