Job Title: Real-time Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real-time Monitoring Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring servers, network devices, applications, and services using various tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor systems in real-time and identify alerts, anomalies, and incidents
  • Evaluate incidents and escalate to support teams based on SOPs and severity
  • Perform health checks and validations according to runbooks
  • Track and update incident tickets in ITSM tools
  • Document incidents and actions taken
  • Communicate with engineers and shift leads for follow-ups or escalations
  • Ensure monitoring dashboards and tools are operational

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, OS, networks, applications)
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow SOPs
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Others:
