Job Title: Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in overseeing and managing construction sites, monitoring work progress, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of day-to-day construction activities to align with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitoring work on-site to ensure it meets quality and safety standards, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  • Implementation and enforcement of safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site.
  • Coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to allocate resources efficiently.
  • Providing technical guidance, resolving engineering issues, and making decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Addressing and resolving unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Keeeping clients informed about project progress, addressing their concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conducting regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in construction management.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
