Data Archivist

We are seeking an experienced Data Archival Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and maintaining large datasets, ensuring data integrity and security.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Server Administration

• Ensure server uptime and performance by monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to authorization and file access.

• Divestment

• Extract and transfer archived data to clients while maintaining quality documentation of maintenance activities.

• Software Management

• Install, configure and troubleshoot software applications such as Enterprise Scan and WinViewer.

• SAP Data Archiving

• Activate and deactivate archive information structures (AIS) and run catchup archiving for new archive objects.

• Reporting and Incident Management

• Provide regular status updates and incident reports to stakeholders, including collaborating with other teams to resolve technical issues.

• Requirements/Deliverables

• The ideal candidate will have experience in data management, server administration and software installation/configuration.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
