As a QA Engineer, you will ensure that our web and mobile solutions deliver seamless, reliable, and impactful experiences for HR leaders, employees, and organizational leaders across industries.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure product quality across web and mobile platforms by executing structured manual tests, writing clear and reusable test cases, and validating functionality across multiple user roles.
- Improve reliability and scalability by designing, executing, and maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks for core workflows.
- Strengthen API stability by performing thorough API testing, validating integrations, and identifying edge cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers to embed quality into every phase of the product lifecycle.

- 2+ years of QA experience in a product-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing and test case writing.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications with multiple user roles.
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST, GraphQL, etc.).
- Familiarity with or experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to reproduce and document complex issues.
