Executive Support Role
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, encompassing a range of responsibilities including calendar management, correspondence drafting, and travel coordination.
Key attributes include strong financial acumen, business intelligence, and exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is also essential, as is discretion when handling confidential information.
- Manage daily activities and schedule appointments for the MD
- Draft, review, and disseminate reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and tact
- Ensure seamless continuity during international travel, including itinerary planning, visa arrangements, and logistics
- Exercise adaptability and initiative to address changing priorities and emerging needs
Required Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience assisting an MD or Founder
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with productivity tools
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
