Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional for the position of Investment Banking Manager who has in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in trade settlements, cash settlements, commodity settlements, loan syndication, billing, brokerage, trade reporting, regulatory reporting, reference data, corporate actions, and security lending operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. He/She should have strong communication skills and be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and capture overall data and its status from various global functional teams across our clients.
  • Identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology.
  • Lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objectives.
  • Effectively audit processes, implement best practices, and process improvements utilizing frameworks and tools available.
  • Clearly articulate goals and thoughts to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.
  • Independently handle client calls, establish self as a valued partner, and escalate issues to client and internal managers.
  • Build domain expertise and lead from the front.
  • Help knowledge management endeavors by sharing process knowledge and best practices within teams.

Requirements

  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in handling team of minimum 25 members and has good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in complexity and scope.
  • Knowledge of / prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies highly preferred.
