Job Title: AI Governance Specialist

We are seeking a forward-thinking and detail-oriented professional to oversee the governance and risk management of AI and machine learning models within our organization's Markets and Securities Services division.

This role requires managing risks related to AI/ML model changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations, while supporting end-to-end delivery from proof of concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Implement Governance Frameworks for Managing AI/ML Model Changes
  2. Conduct Model Risk Assessments Covering Areas Like Data Drift and Algorithm Changes
  3. Support Ongoing Regulatory Remediation Initiatives and Ensure Alignment with Industry Standards
  4. Create Performance Dashboards, KPIs, and Management Information for Senior Leadership and Risk Committees
  5. Guide Cross-Functional Teams Through the Model Deployment Lifecycle

About You:

We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Academic background in Data Science, AI, Risk Management, Finance, or related field is desirable.
