Sr. Research Lead

Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned professional to drive strategic research and advisory initiatives that inform and accelerate growth in the digital payments sector.

About the Role:

This Sr. Research Lead will provide expert guidance on policies, product strategy, and implementation for digital payment platforms. They will analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives, represent the organization in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups, and lead the development and implementation of various research and advisory services across business segments and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, prepare strategic reports, and work closely with stakeholders
  • Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout
  • Supervise and review ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Drive cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades
  • Contribute to policy creation and updates to align with RBI norms and global best practices
  • Communicate insights, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and external partners

Requirements:

15+ years of work experience in banking, financial, or consulting advisory sectors, preferably in digital payments

MBA/Postgraduate in Business Management from a reputed institute

Preferred Skills:

  • Subject matter expertise in digital payments domain
  • Experience with policy creation and updates
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
