Subject Matter Expert in Wealth Management

Are you an expert in wealth management with a strong understanding of investment products, portfolio performance metrics, and risk profiling? Do you have experience working with digital wealth platforms and customer onboarding processes?

About the Role

  • Act as the primary domain expert for wealth management, providing deep domain knowledge to ensure business requirements are accurately captured.
  • Interpret and validate business requirements across modules:
    • 360° Customer Overview & Net Worth Analytics
    • Investment & Cash Accounts
    • Portfolio Management and Tracking
    • Wealth Planning & Goal-Based Investing
    • Self-Execution & Robo-Advisory Journeys
  • Work closely with business, compliance, and product teams to define requirements.
  • Liaise with technology and vendor partners to ensure domain needs are met.
  • Provide training, documentation, and domain guidance to internal teams.
  • Ensure alignment with global and regional frameworks such as MiFID II, FATCA, CRS, AML, and KYC.
  • Validate wealth journeys against compliance and risk profiling standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of wealth management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital wealth solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to identify areas for process improvements.
  • Design and develop detailed specifications for digital wealth platform capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Investment products (equities, ETFs, structured products, robo portfolios)
    • Portfolio performance metrics and reporting
    • Risk profiling and goal-based investing
  • Exposure to digital wealth platforms (Comarch, Temenos, Avaloq, InvestCloud, Finacle Wealth, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with customer onboarding, digital advisory, and portfolio aggregation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Middle East or global private banking clients.
  • Involvement in wealth platform transformation projects.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in complex regulatory environments.
