Financial Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:
    • Lead the financial closing processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting across India and GCC operations.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in statutory reporting, aligning with IND-AS and IFRS standards.
    • Prepare consolidated financial statements for business units and geographies.
  • Audit & Risk Management:
    • Manage internal and statutory audit processes from end-to-end, ensuring zero-qualification audits.
    • Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and clean audit reports.
    • Design and enforce internal controls, mitigate financial risks, and implement corrective action frameworks.
  • Taxation & Regulatory Governance:
    • Oversee direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA) and ensure timely compliance.
    • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on organizational operations.
    • Handle transfer pricing audits and documentation related to international structuring.
  • Treasury & Working Capital Management:
    • Monitor and manage cash flows, optimize working capital cycles, and oversee treasury operations.
    • Develop liquidity planning models and investment strategies to maintain financial health.
    • Engage with banks and NBFCs for fund management, debt structuring, and financial partnerships.
  • Financial Systems & Automation:
    • Drive the adoption of automation tools like SAP, Tally Prime, Zoho Books to streamline processes.
    • Implement dashboards and workflow tools to enhance monthly reporting and variance analysis.
    • Introduce process efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives for better resource management.
  • Business Partnering & Strategic Support:
    • Partner with business leaders to track P&L performance, identify revenue leakage, and optimize margins.
    • Support pricing decisions, business expansion, and provide financial insights for strategic discussions.
    • Assist the CFO in investor meetings, financial presentations, and strategic financial planning.
