Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications, leveraging technical expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using .NET Core, driving innovation and efficiency in application development.
  • Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, deliverables, and project timelines, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality, maintaining exceptional software standards.
  • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, leveraging problem-solving skills and technical expertise to drive resolution.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core, demonstrating technical expertise and hands-on experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, showcasing front-end development skills and knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL Server, highlighting database management and technical acumen.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, indicating experience with version control and software deployment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is highly valued, offering flexibility and adaptability in technology stacks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, essential for success in this role.
  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, showcasing a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development, emphasizing a commitment to quality and software excellence.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, demonstrating familiarity with iterative development and project management principles.
