Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled engineer to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade WordPress solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end WordPress development projects, delivering high-quality, scalable and secure solutions.
  • Architect and implement custom themes, plugins and integrations tailored to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, design, QA and DevOps to deliver seamless CMS experiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project needs.
  • Mentor junior developers, driving best practices in coding, performance optimization and security.
  • Ensure timely delivery, manage code reviews and maintain documentation for technical implementations.
Required Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development and custom theme creation is required.

Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript (React/Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs is essential.

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS platforms is beneficial.

Exposure to Headless CMS platforms such as Webiny, Contentful, Strapi, Sanity etc. is an advantage.

Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is necessary.

Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders and deliver complex CMS projects is critical.

Nice to Have:

Experience migrating or integrating between multiple CMS platforms.

Knowledge of performance testing, SEO optimization and accessibility standards.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and client interaction skills.

Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to work on any CMS platform as required.

Ability to lead and inspire a technical team.
