What You'll Do
- Design and scale the core backend infrastructure driving AI customer service agents.
- Write high-performance, production-ready Python code with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Architect and deploy backend services and infrastructure for massive enterprise-grade scale on AWS or GCP.
- Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to influence technical architecture and direction.
- Take ownership of projects from design to deployment in a fast-paced startup environment.
Who You Are
- A seasoned backend engineer with 5+ years of experience and deep expertise in Python.
- Strong cloud skills with familiarity in Kubernetes/Docker and a proven track record of building and scaling infrastructure in production.
- Prior startup experience or evidence of end-to-end ownership in a founder, early team member, or shipped independent project.
- A CS degree or equivalent professional foundation.
- Bonus: experience in high-velocity, high-ownership teams.
