Job Title:

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Training Developer to create high-quality training content for our digital transformation and cybersecurity programs. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop comprehensive training programs in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop educational materials that cater to diverse audiences.

2. Create assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs.

3. Translate complex technical topics into clear, concise, and engaging training materials.

4. Maintain and update our repository of all created content.

5. Ensure seamless integration with our Learning Management System (LMS).

Product, Client, and Trainer Support:

1. Deliver training sessions for internal trainers and freelance trainers.

2. Facilitate client support activities through proper communication of issues.

3. Support other trainers to prepare them for assigned trainings.

Qualifications:

3. Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal.

4. Fluency in English.

5. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
