Job Title: Graphic Designer

We aim to provide science-backed skincare solutions for individuals with sensitive skin, making the journey easier and more accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging visual assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, videos, packaging, and website content.

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to create creative assets for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our design strategies innovative and competitive.

• Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in graphic designing & video editing

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator for social creative content like Reels and GIFs.

• Ability to adapt to newer AI tools for design functions.

• Strong understanding of video editing – including animations, motion graphics

• Excellent knowledge of video production processes, including storyboarding, editing, color grading, and sound design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
