Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational stability and efficiency of our technology infrastructure.

Your primary focus will be on resolving incidents and problems that arise across various system components. This will involve creating and implementing Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles, and collaborating with vendors and service management teams to analyze and resolve issues.

In this dynamic work environment, you will have the opportunity to become an expert in network infrastructures and develop strong troubleshooting skills. You will also contribute to enhancing team knowledge through training sessions and assist in documenting system configurations and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mandatory: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
  • Desirable: Experience with network monitoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with firewall configurations and security protocols.
