As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will be working closely with our leadership team to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects, building business cases, running fast experiments, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise the bar by taking on high-leverage projects, whether it's building a business model, setting up a process, or cracking a distribution hack.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to turn strategic priorities into tangible results.
  • Own key problem statements end-to-end, from framing to execution and iteration.
  • Develop business cases, run fast experiments (market research, MVPs, proof of concepts, GTM pilots) to drive business growth.
  • Bulletproof execution roadmaps, from idea to launch to early scaling.
  • Pull together cross-functional teams (product, growth, operations, etc.) to build and scale initiatives.
  • Redesign, document, and continuously improve key workflows for efficiency and scalability.
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a strong educational background from top-tier institutions, with 1-2 years of experience in management consulting or heavy problem-solving roles in early-stage startups.

The ideal candidate should possess a combination of skills including:

  • Problem-solving & strategic thinking: ability to break down unstructured problems, think in first principles, and design scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and resilience to setbacks.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with scrappy execution.
  • Data fluency: strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ownership & multitasking: high sense of accountability, ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously, and bias for action in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills: can articulate ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and synthesize insights.
