We are seeking a Senior Linux Automation Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and operation of automated patch, vulnerability, and configuration compliance frameworks across Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) endpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patch Management Automation: Design and implement automated patch remediation for RHEL 7/8/9 systems. Develop and maintain scripts (Bash, Python, YAML) for compliance enforcement. Schedule and deploy OS and application patches in a staged and controlled manner. Integrate patch management with enterprise dashboards and reporting tools. Develop automated remediation playbooks for CVEs and STIG/CIS benchmarks.
  • Systems Integration & Compliance: Integrate with enterprise tools: SIEM, ITSM, LDAP, PIM/PAM, Red Hat IPA/Satellite. Ensure compliance with IRDAI, CERT-In, ISO27001:2022, and other regulatory standards. Generate audit-ready reports and dashboards for patch status and vulnerability closure.
  • Monitoring & Incident Response: Real-time monitoring of patch management systems for uptime and performance. Troubleshoot issues and ensure minimal disruption during remediation cycles. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain detailed SOPs, deployment guides, and compliance documentation. Provide training and knowledge transfer to staff. Support VAPT closure and statutory compliance reporting.

Required Skills:
