The Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated City Head Sales and Business Development professional who can drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the business.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.
