Mixology Maestro for International Hotel

Casa Jaali, a boutique resort on the South Goa coast, invites applications for a skilled Bartender/Barista to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an international tourist area and proficiency in English, as the hotel caters to a predominantly foreign clientele during peak seasons.

Responsibilities include managing the daily operations of the bar, assisted by one colleague, with tasks such as ordering supplies, preparing ingredients, and creating signature cocktails. The successful applicant will be expected to provide exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

• English language fluency is essential, considering the hotel's international client base.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience behind the bar, preferably in a similar setting.
• Possess a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Estimated Salary: ₹2,50,000 - ₹3,50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
