Job Title: Digital System Architect

As a Register Transfer Level (RTL) design engineer, you will play a key role in the development of complex digital systems.

The primary responsibility of this position is to integrate IP blocks into SoC at the RTL level.

Key qualifications include hands-on experience with:

  • RTL Coding and Micro-architecture Design: Proficiency in Verilog or VHDL is required.
  • Tool Flows: Experience with SpyGlass Lint, CDC, DC Synthesis, and VCLSP tools is essential.
  • Scripting Languages: Knowledge of Perl, Python, Shell, and Tcl is necessary for automation script development.

In addition to technical expertise, collaboration skills are vital for success in this role. You will work closely with verification and physical design teams to ensure seamless integration of IP blocks.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to develop effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Beyond technical requirements, secondary skills that are beneficial for this role include:

  • Processors & Protocols: Familiarity with ARM Cortex, DMA, DDR, SPI, I2C, UART, and other relevant technologies is desirable.
  • Bus Interfaces: Knowledge of AHB, AXI, APB, and other bus interface standards is beneficial.
  • High-Speed Interfaces: Experience with Ethernet, USB, PCIe, and other high-speed interfaces is advantageous.
  • Multimedia Interfaces: Familiarity with MIPI CSI/DSI and other multimedia interfaces is helpful.
  • Memory Interfaces: Knowledge of LPDDR and other memory interfaces is beneficial.
