Job Title: Process Trainer

We are seeking an experienced process trainer to fill this challenging role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with a strong background in training and telecom processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging training modules that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform training content.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their performance and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a subject matter expert in telecom processes and international BPO.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
