Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the development lifecycle of complex software systems, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
- Leverage subject matter expertise to inform strategic decisions on multi-platform applications and lead cross-functional teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members.
- Develop and implement systems performance and quality assurance testing policies, driving process enhancements and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Minimum 15+ years of systems/application development, support & maintenance experience, including at least 5 years of direct people management.
- Proven track record of leading large tech organizations with multiple teams, driving business growth and success.
- Experience working in Enterprise Agile development lifecycles, with advanced knowledge of software methodologies and development life cycles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and influence others.
- Advanced knowledge of Financial Services and/or Insurance industry products, with ability to apply expertise to deliver customer-centric solutions.
