Welcome to this role where you will gain hands-on experience in crafting UX & UI interfaces for learning products. You will assist with design system maintenance, support UI production, participate in user testing and collaborate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design System Maintenance: Assist with updating Figma components, tokens, and documentation.
  • UI Production: Create layout variations, states, and lightweight prototypes under senior direction.
  • User Testing: Observe usability sessions and assist in synthesizing findings for design iterations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Attend stand-ups and design critiques with product, engineering, and content teams.

About the Role: You will be part of a team that helps candidates prepare well for tech interviews at top companies like Google, Facebook, and Netflix.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree or certification in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools (coursework or personal projects acceptable).
  • Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
