Software Development Role

The role of a skilled Software Developer is crucial in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Applications: Create clean and efficient code for Java-based applications.
  • Work across the full software development lifecycle from requirement analysis and design to deployment and support.
  • Write Efficient Code: Focus on performance, reusability, and testability of code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production and non-production issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in Core Java, OOP concepts, data structures, and multithreading.
  • Solid understanding of Java Collections, Exception Handling, File I/O, and Java 8+ features (streams, lambda expressions).
  • Spring Framework Experience: Knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in working with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Familiarity with SQL/Relational Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Debugging and Performance Tuning: Good hands-on experience with debugging tools and performance tuning techniques.
  • Understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and software engineering best practices.

This role requires a strong proficiency in Core Java, exceptional development and troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to work across the full software development lifecycle.
