About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Video Editor and Graphic Designer to shape our brand's visual identity across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit compelling video content for social media, podcasts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Handle post-production tasks: cutting, sound editing, colour correction, motion graphics, transitions, and final delivery.
  • Create short-form video content (reels, stories, YouTube Shorts) optimized for digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure videos align with brand messaging and goals.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing materials including social media creatives, infographics, banners, brochures, email templates, and event collateral.
  • Translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Contribute to conceptualizing new campaign ideas and design strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support multi-channel design needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma (for design), Premiere Pro, After Effects (for video editing).
  • Strong foundation in typography, colour theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in creating static creatives, marketing collateral, social media posts, reels, and short-form videos.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of brand identity and maintaining visual consistency.
  • BASIC knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player attitude.
