**Job Title:** Relationship Manager- Resolution

We are seeking an accomplished Relationship Manager to join our team and oversee mid-market and emerging large corporates, ensuring the effective management of stressed assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage mid-market and emerging large corporates
  2. Regularly monitor borrower accounts, conduct follow-ups, and maintain updates on developments in respective borrower accounts
  3. Advise borrowers on turnaround situations, including liquidity concerns, viability studies, sustainable business plans, and rehabilitation packages
  4. Manage stressed assets through interaction with the company, performance monitoring, benchmarking, adherence to stipulated terms, site visits, etc.
  5. Monitor exposures to enable proactive action when required; review credit files, financials, security documentation, and current status
  6. Design and implement early warning triggers for allocated accounts; closely monitor portfolios, review operational and financial performance, track monthly cash flows, and analyze economic cycles and industries affecting assets
  7. Formulate recovery strategies after factoring appropriate legal options

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from a reputable institute
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in banking, asset recovery companies, or big four consulting firms
  • Knowledge of reading and understanding entity financials, involving credit analysis
  • Reasonable knowledge of legal forums and applicable laws, including IBC, SARFAESI, commercial suits, contract laws, etc.
