Job Description: Project Finance Analyst Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented full-time onsite Project Finance Analyst Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work closely with the finance and project management teams to support financial analysis, planning, and reporting processes for ongoing projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct project financial analysis to develop a business case and determine Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Perform post-project analysis to evaluate if projected benefits were achieved.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for management.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary financial data.
  • Support the PMO team in various ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.

Requirements:

  • Candidates currently pursuing an MBA or related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Interest in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn other project management software applications.
  • Knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on industry standards and location. Please note that this estimate may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
