About This Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Product Data Syndication Specialist - Specification Platforms to own our product data with our specification technology platforms, bringing the voice of the customer to all areas of our business. This dynamic position requires skills in product content, strategic analysis, marketing, and project management. You will drive results that tie back to strategic business goals for your accounts, your team's goals, and Zurn Elkay Water Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map customer required data attributes to Zurn internal attributes in PIM, creating custom functions as required, for dynamic, on-demand data delivery to internal and third-party programs used by architects and engineers.
  • Proactively manage and coordinate product data updates through third-party specification platforms and tools including Trimble, Dodge Sweets, RIB SpecLink, Deltek SpecPoint, BimObject, etc., in addition to internal proprietary resources.
  • Develop deep knowledge of architects and engineers, commercial construction documentation and product selection resources, communicating key learnings with internal teams to improve digital specification technology platforms.
  • Assist with external data requests by collaborating with cross-functional departments, and occasionally gathering product data for PIM.
  • Govern and manage content for import/export into/from an enterprise-grade data management system, including maintenance, quality standards, naming, and file-type consistency from both internal and external sources.
  • Be a leader in identifying process improvement opportunities, defining solutions, and influencing their rollout.
  • Define data requirements for new product lines, and go-to-markets, to kick-off data model enhancements or build, as necessary.
  • Assist with identifying and presenting trends and opportunities shown in reporting and published commercial construction information, distributing to internal sales teams and CRM tools as needed.
  • Assist with editing specifications and providing technical resources through customer-facing collaborative platforms as requested.
  • Curate, update, and promote product collections on BimObject and other third-party platforms to complement trends, new product launches, and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyse data issues and recommend a resolution plan.
  • Participate in related special projects and new initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management experience, delivering complex sets of information to a scheduled deadline, with high attention to detail.
  • A highly organized, mature problem-solver with sharp business acumen and ability to assimilate data and recommend next steps for continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring accurate and complete product data.
  • Proactive, energetic and goal driven with a desire to grow your career through innovation.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (filters, pivot, text to column, formulas, etc.)
  • Must possess an understanding of the trends, needs, innovations, and pace of digital specification.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Prior experience working within a product information management (PIM) platform.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of commercial plumbing products, architects & engineers, or building materials is strongly preferred.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
