As a Program Advisor, you will engage with warm leads via phone and email to provide personalized guidance on how our programs can support their career aspirations. Your role will involve offering exceptional customer service, tailoring advice to meet each individual's needs, and serving as a trusted advisor.

  • Supporting career changers by highlighting the benefits of our world-class education from top-tier universities in launching high-growth careers.
  • Developing and managing a pipeline of leads interested in our programs.
  • Delivering in-depth, customized information to potential students through phone and email interactions.

Success in this role will be measured by exceeding targets in International Edtech markets and effectively managing a large pipeline with various stages in the enrolment process requiring follow-up.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or consultative selling within International Edtech markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • A strong presence on the phone and ability to work remotely.
  • Experience utilizing a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
