Job Description

We seek an imaginative and seasoned UI/UX Designer with a strong design sensibility and user-first mindset.

As the primary designer, you will oversee the entire process from research to delivering high-fidelity interfaces for websites and mobile apps.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll bring digital experiences to life that are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with client goals.

  • Translate project briefs into engaging user experiences and interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Develop scalable UI design systems and component libraries.
  • Create polished visual designs with a strong sense of typography, color, layout, and motion.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides for consistent output.
  • Troubleshoot UX issues and iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio of relevant work.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, and design system management).
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
  • Ability to conceptualize and visualize ideas creatively beyond just tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and open to feedback and critique.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with Framer for creating advanced prototypes and animations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
