Assistant Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience, supported by a strong articleship background in audit, taxation, or finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
    • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
    • Analyze financial trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Controllership & Compliance:
    • Ensure accounting accuracy and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
    • Assist with internal and statutory audits.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with business, legal, tax, and operational teams to ensure alignment and transparency in financial matters.

Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong articleship background with exposure to finance, audit, or taxation.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
