Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with expertise in industrial automation and data management. They will play a pivotal role in leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications across various manufacturing operations.

The successful individual will have strong background knowledge in MES functions, production tracking, OEE downtime analysis, traceability, and SPC. They will be proficient in database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent. Experience with OT-IT integration technologies, REST APIs for system interconnectivity, MQTT for IIoT messaging, and OPC UA for industrial interoperability is highly desirable.

Apart from technical expertise, the candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams. They must also be well-versed in cybersecurity best practices in OT environments and familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead design configuration and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications
  • Architect and implement real-time data acquisition visualization and reporting solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration of OT systems PLC SCADA MES with enterprise IT systems ERP databases cloud
  • Develop and maintain secure efficient data exchange using REST APIs MQTT and OPC UA protocols
  • Manage industrial databases SQL historian timeseries databases for high availability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs
  • Provide technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing and predictive analytics
  • Troubleshoot optimize and support existing SCADA MES deployments to ensure minimal downtime
  • Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team
