**Lead UI/UX Designer Opportunity**

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the end-to-end design strategy for merging two high-visibility domains into a single, unified platform.

This role requires strategic leadership of the UX/UI practice, including establishing design governance, championing a component-driven system, and ensuring pixel-perfect fidelity from Figma through implementation.

  • Define and own the consolidated UX vision, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Architect and govern a production-ready design system comprising responsive components, enterprise-grade templates, and micro-interaction specifications.
  • Lead a distributed UX/UI team: mentor senior and mid-level designers, conduct rigorous design reviews, and establish best-practice playbooks.

Serve as the primary liaison to Executive stakeholders—facilitate design workshops, steer consensus during high-impact design critiques, and incorporate feedback into iterative sprints.

Collaborate with AEM Architects and Front-End leads to confirm component feasibility and monitor implementation quality.
