Job Title: Operations Specialist - YouTube

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the end-to-end operations of our YouTube channels, including uploading, scheduling, and optimizing content for maximum visibility.

The ideal candidate will possess creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and content amplification strategies that drive growth and engagement.

Additionally, they will maintain project agreements, timelines, and ensure smooth payment/closure follow-ups, as well as collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate promotional activities across platforms.

The role requires a deep understanding of YouTube SEO principles, including tags, descriptions, thumbnails, and keywords, to enhance content visibility and reach. The successful candidate will also monitor YouTube analytics and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end YouTube channel operations (uploading, scheduling, optimizing)
  • Campaign ideation and execution for marketing campaigns, promotions, and content amplification
  • Maintaining project agreements, timelines, and ensuring smooth payment/closure follow-ups
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders for integrated promotional activities
  • Understanding of YouTube SEO—tags, descriptions, thumbnails, keywords—to enhance content visibility and reach
  • Monitoring YouTube analytics and suggesting strategies for growth

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in YouTube operations
  • Fluent in Bengali language
  • Creativity and willingness to learn new tools and trends
  • Good communication and organizational skills
