Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth functioning of all schools. This involves overseeing daily administrative duties, including infrastructure management and planning, forecasting, and budgeting in alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day Administrative activities related to school operations.
  • Requisitions for Curriculum Support and inventory of the same for Primary, Middle, and Senior School.
  • Ensuring timely updates on Student and staff data, Circulars, School events, tests, examinations, trips, etc.
Key Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess a Business degree and have 5-8 years' experience, with at least 2 years in the education industry. An MBA in Finance/Marketing/Operations is desirable, as well as experience in education, telecom, insurance, retail, or IT training sectors.

Essential competencies include:

  • Business understanding, Planning & organizing skills, Problem solving, Relationship building.
  • Ability to crunch numbers, Excellent verbal and written communication Skills, Decision making, Self-driven, Emotional intelligence, Assertiveness, Analytical thinking, Ability to work under pressure, Manage multiple stakeholders.
