Workday Integration Developer

About the Role:

As a seasoned integration specialist, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering seamless integrations between Workday HRIS and other tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data flows between systems, ensuring timely and efficient exchange of information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive integration solutions.
  • Design and implement enterprise-grade technical solutions that meet complex business needs.
  • Develop and maintain integration standards and processes aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead discovery sessions with subject matter experts to deliver high-level design documentation.
  • Advise business partners on adoption of Workday integrations and security best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or relevant discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday EIB, Studio, Document Transformation, and Cloud Connect.
  • Experience in creating data flows between Workday systems and HRIS systems, and understanding integration messaging patterns.
  • Strong experience in HCM/ERP software application experience with Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET, or other integration technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior working experience with Workday integration suite and iPaaS-based integration tools (Boomi).
  • Working knowledge of Workday APIs and other API tools.
  • Familiarity with multiple programming environments and integration messaging tools.
