Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced developer to join our team as a Full Stack Engineer. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and back-end applications using NodeJS and ReactJS.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient code in NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with the CTO to translate requirements into features.
  • Contribute to system design and architecture when needed.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and basic DevOps.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience with NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience working with databases (NoSQL/SQL; DynamoDB/AWS knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently while taking guidance from the CTO.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable availability.
  • Communication in English/Hindi/Bengali (no strict requirement).
