Job Title: SAP APO Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP APO specialist to join our team and manage global supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP APO modules, including DP, SNP, PP/DS, and gATP.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support for SAP APO modules, partnering with business users to resolve incidents, requests, and issues within SLAs, and ensuring smooth demand/supply planning, production scheduling, and order promising processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and documentation skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS, gATP).
  • Partner with business users to resolve incidents, requests, and issues within SLAs.
  • Ensure smooth demand/supply planning, production scheduling, and order promising processes.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of SAP APO support/implementation experience.
  • Expertise in at least two modules: DP, SNP, PP/DS, or gATP.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ECC (MM, PP, SD) integration.
  • Hands-on with incident, change, and problem management.
  • Experience with CIF integration and master data consistency.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA embedded PP/DS is a plus.
