Job Description

We are seeking a key leader to spearhead strategic initiatives in our Transaction Tax division, driving growth and optimizing business outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you will lead, grow, and manage the business of this division.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop new products within the Transaction Tax division.
  • Manage client relationships for seamless execution and successful completion of advisory assignments.
  • Oversee quality of client deliverables, including M&A Tax/Transaction Tax Advisory, Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation (Domestic & International), and Corporate Tax Planning.
  • Mentor your team, inspiring them to meet allocated deliverables.
  • Promote thought leadership, champion knowledge sharing efforts, and review processes for enhancement of learning & development within the organization.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and suitable events to build relationships and stay informed about industry developments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Qualified CA/LLB with experience in rendering M&A Tax/Direct tax/Corporate Tax Advisory Services at reputable firms.
  • Able to grasp client's business dynamics, industry-specific challenges, and effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Strong Networking & Business Development skills, leveraging professional platforms to represent the organization and promote thought leadership in M&A Tax/Transaction Tax.
  • Excellent communication, personality, and presentation skills, especially related to Client Interactions.
  • Proven record in delivering excellence, developing strong teams, leveraging technology, and growing divisions.
  • Sound commercial knowledge and problem-solving skills.
